INDIBA®

INDIBA® is a medical radiofrequency device that gently raises the temperature of the tissues and improves circulation, helping the body’s natural repair process.

At Axios Physio, INDIBA® is always administered by a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and CORU, as part of a full physiotherapy assessment rather than as a standalone treatment.

It is comfortable to receive and non-invasive. Research on its 448 kHz frequency suggests it can support tissue repair and the production of collagen, which is why it is used both for injuries and for skin treatments.

At Axios Physio we always combine INDIBA® with hands-on treatment and exercise, so you feel the benefits in the short term and have a plan that keeps working in the long term.

Physiotherapy

INDIBA® improves local circulation and helps to reduce swelling and bruising, supporting the healing of muscles, tendons and ligaments after an injury or surgery.

Dermato-functional

INDIBA® stimulates skin metabolism and collagen production, which can help improve skin tone, firmness and the appearance of scars. At Axios Physio we use it for facial treatments and for postpartum tummy recovery, including C-section scars and abdominal diastasis.

INDIBA® Facial Treatments

Each facial session lasts 50 minutes and is gentle and relaxing. We usually recommend 3 sessions, once a week, followed by one maintenance session a month. Sessions are €90, with savings on our 5 and 10-session plans.

We also use INDIBA® to support recovery after facial or body surgery, such as rhinoplasty or abdominoplasty.

INDIBA® for Pain and Injuries

When INDIBA® is part of your physiotherapy session, there is no extra charge: it is included in the standard €85 session.
