Elena has all the qualities of a great physiotherapist. She has helped me with a very stubborn shoulder problem. Each visit she listens carefully to my progress since my last appointment. She then adapts the treatment where required. She is patient and her knowledge of how the body works is remarkable.
I don't leave many reviews but I do when they are deserved.

I had a really positive experience at Axio Physio. Elena was incredibly knowledgeable, and careful about tailoring a plan that fit my specific recovery needs. She explained each step clearly, and I always felt like the treatment was purposeful and focused on what I needed.
The Indiba treatment helped ease my discomfort and improved my mobility more than I expected and has a depper impact a longer lasting results.The space was clean and calming, and I left feeling better cared for.

I cannot recommend Elena highly enough. She is without a doubt the best physio.

After my diastasis recti and umbilical hernia surgery, Elena helped me with my post-operative sessions. She worked on reducing inflammation, improving the appearance and healing of my scar and managing pain using Indiba therapy.

We also did exercises to gradually help me return to lifting weight safely and confidently. She always took the time to explain everything thoroughly, checked whether I was experiencing any pain and was always available to answer any questions I had.

I am absolutely delighted with the care I received. I now continue to see her whenever I have back or neck pain because I always leave feeling much better after just one session.

Highly recommended! Professional,  approachable, reliable, trustworthy and the most important, caring Physiotherapist. Elena listens and explains what is happening in your body,  what is causing your pain. She worked throughly in my injury, she is very knowledgeable , patient and she gets me. She is absolutely fantastic! Finally a truly profesional that me and my family can rely on.
